Andrea began her career as an in-house designer, but dreamed of building something of her own, shaped around the things that truly matter: meaningful products and relationships. A logical thinker at heart, she leads client projects by bringing clarity to complex challenges and helping teams build with purpose. In between projects, Andrea loves to travel, bake, and run to stay inspired and grounded.

Trained in psychology, Anyi loves finding  patterns in behavior and creating defining moments. Because she enjoys building Excel models and pitching clients as much as she enjoys designing experiences, she currently focuses on Koi's business development, operations, and marketing. Anyi hopes you will run into her in a dance studio, or perhaps in a grocery store in a foreign country.

Jou has a background designing physical products. She now works on digital products in SaaS and healthcare, and tinkers with any new tool that catches her eye. Aesthetics and function matter a lot to her. She loves getting down to the UI details, design systems, and rabbit holes about how things work. She loves doing cardio, exploring creative code, and dancing house on the weekends.

With a background in fast-moving startups, Nikita is working on slowing things down - asking the right questions, diving into the details, and designing for sustainable impact. After hours, you can find her speed-walking through her neighborhood, solving crosswords on the subway, or dissecting a podcast with friends.

Full time product designer and self proclaimed over-thinker, Neha digs into why people behave the way they do and strives to build products that meet them where they are: complex, wonderful and human. When the laptop closes, this curiosity follows her into everything else she does, whether that's in the art she makes, the books she reaches for, or the time she spends with loved ones.

Diane has always been guided by a genuine curiosity about people and the choices they make. With a background in journalism and documentary filmmaking, she brings a deep appreciation for critical thinking and storytelling in design. Outside of work, she's usually thinking about tennis, skiing, or what to cook on her next camping trip.
